Reclaimed Frames
A limited series of one-of-one VHS objects created from reclaimed materials, derived from key visual moments in the film.

This series began with a simple idea. Take something that already existed, and transform it into something new.
Each piece in Reclaimed Frames (VHS Series) begins with an original VHS tape box, cut, altered, and reconstructed by hand from the very materials (VHS tape artwork) used in the creation of the art featured in Alchemy in Venice.
A window is opened into each object, revealing a miniature composition built from reclaimed cardboard and raw materials. The imagery is not a direct reproduction of the film, but a distilled reflection of its central ideas: horizons, crossings, movement, memory, and transformation.
The exterior carries traces of its former life. The interior suggests something new emerging.
Together, these works become physical extensions of Alchemy in Venice , existing somewhere between cinema, sculpture, artifact, and memory.
Only 88 one-of-a-kind pieces will be created, divided across 8 thematic series inspired by the film. A select number are being released to help support the completion of the film’s impact campaign, future exhibitions, and partner initiatives focused on sustainability, ocean preservation, and human rights.
Each piece is unique, an opportunity to own an original fragment from the evolving world of Alchemy in Venice.
